About Me

I am an ACC, ICF-certified coach, serving as an observer and mentor in an ICF-accredited coach training program in Greece, and I am also a certified Professional Caregiver Coach. In parallel, I work as a Life Coach with individuals, supporting people through life transitions and periods of increased responsibility.

I specialize in supporting caregivers who face emotional, practical, and psychological challenges, integrating ICF coaching principles with a mindful, collaborative approach. I am deeply committed to standing alongside people with respect and simplicity, especially during times when life asks for more than it seems we can give.

I create a safe and supportive space where individuals can gain clarity, strengthen resilience, and establish healthy boundaries. As a coach, my role is to bring clarity and perspective to moments that feel heavy or overwhelming, helping caregivers move forward with greater confidence and balance.
