What is Caregiver Coaching?
Caregiver Coaching is a coaching model that empowers and supports people who are caring for a loved one coping with a medical condition, chronic illness, and/or mental illness to become fully aware of their unique needs, challenges, dreams, and wishes as caregivers as well as individuals. It develops emotional, cognitive, and mental coping strategies, addresses Executive Functions, self-care, and work-life-caregiving balance, establishes internal and external resources, and increases emotional agility and resilience.
