Throughout her career as a consultant, she recognized that employees who take on the responsibility of caring for a loved one often experience significant levels of stress, which can affect their professional performance as well as the balance and structure of their personal lives.

Today, as a Professional Caregiver Coach, SÍLVIA supports employees who are also caregivers in building resilience and emotional agility. Her work empowers them to navigate the demands of caregiving while continuing to pursue their professional goals and maintain a healthier, more sustainable work-life balance.
