About Me

Sarah Sims is a health and wellness coach with a background in corporate HR and employee experience, bringing nearly 10 years of expertise helping professionals navigate their health and wellbeing. She is the founder of Autumn and Joy, the Self-Care Boutique and author of Stress Less: How to Use Self-Care to Redefine Your Wellbeing, a guide for busy professionals seeking balance, clarity, and calm in their everyday lives.

Sarah also specializes in supporting sandwich generation caregivers — those navigating the care of aging parents while raising or supporting children with their own unique needs.

With over 25 years of personal caregiving experience, Sarah has supported her mother through chronic illness and is the proud primary caregiver of her autistic adult daughter, who now attends college thanks to the systems Sarah created to help her thrive.

Through coaching and system planning, Sarah helps caregivers reduce overwhelm, restore balance, and find joy again in their caregiving journey.
