I am Giorgio Carnesecchi, an Italian Professional Health and Medical Coach practicing since 2016.

I offer coaching both in person, based in Milan, and remotely via video calls, in Italian, French, Spanish, and English.

My core values are peace and serenity, which I strive to cultivate in my own life and bring into the lives of those around me.
