Olga Matsouki

Olga combines a background in Business Improvement consulting and executive coaching with her passion for Health and Medical Coaching and experience in the pharmaceutical industry. She has held managerial positions in commercial, marketing, and sales departments, working for 30 years, mostly in multinational Pharmaceutical companies, and successfully leading the implementation of numerous projects aimed at improving business and competitiveness, organizational development, restructuring, and strategy planning at the European level.

As the MCI Pharma Liaison, Olga, introduces Medical Coaching in the Corporate environment, working with employees who are coping with: an illness (acute and/or chronic), an illness of a family member, chronic stress, and burnout.
In addition, Olga is a trainer for the Health and Medical Coaching training program, the Caregiver Coaching course, and a facilitator for various HMCI training programs for HealthCare Professionals.
As a Health and Medical Coaching mentor, she supports students in the program, helping them deepen their skills and expand their professional coaching abilities.

Michelyn Bilancia

Michelyn combines a background in health sciences and coaching with her passion for helping others reach their optimal goals.
In her own practice, Michelyn coaches leaders and health care professionals, at all levels, as well as individuals in all aspects of life, including health and disease. She supports systems ranging from corporate and medical teams to families. Her unique background enables her to integrate a meta-view perspective.

Through the insight she has gained from coaching for over two decades, she has a keen understanding of the challenges and rewards of both individuals and the industry that arise, enabling her to coach them with a holistic approach, providing many tools to help them grow, move through life lessons, and make valuable connections. Clients turn to her for her calm, level demeanor, responsive and caring attitude, and ability to see the big picture.
As a Health and Medical Coaching Supervisor, Michelyn works with interns to help them excel in their Medical coaching career and Professional Medical Coaches (PMC) as they continue to deepen their skills and knowledge, bringing new perspectives and abilities to their coaching practice.

Tamar combines her experience as a Human Resources Manager, a Business & Life Coach, and a multi-cultural background with a passion to work with individuals who are suffering from an illness and those who care for them.
In her private practice, Tamar specializes in Coaching the Caregiver. Some of the organizations she works with are the Israeli Cancer Society, the Ruth Vrobel Foundation, and Caregivers Israel.

Tamar focuses on empowering her clients in 5 areas: physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and interpersonal, while supporting them to attain goals in business, school, and in their personal lives.
As a Health and Medical Coaching Mentor, Tamar supports students through the training Program and helps them deepen their skills and expand their professional coaching abilities.

Isabella Puddu

Isabella blends her academic background in sociology with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, which is fueled by a deep passion for coaching and volunteering.

Through active listening and genuine empathy, she empowers her clients on transformative journeys of self-discovery, offering holistic support that nurtures both mind and spirit.

As a dedicated Menopause Support Coach, Isabella assists women in confidently navigating this significant life transition, fostering resilience and strength along the way.

Her influence extends beyond individual coaching; she leads transformative workshops and speaks at international medical congresses, championing the integration of coaching methodologies into medical practice to promote patient-centered care.

In addition, Isabella is a trainer of the HMCI Module 1 Training Program, the EFT Training Program for Coaches, and the training program for Healthcare Professionals.

As a Health and Medical Coaching Mentor, Isabella supports students through the training Program and helps them deepen their skills and expand their professional coaching abilities.

Maria Beatriz Albuquerque

Beatriz combines her human resources background in people development and coaching with her passion for supporting people who seek balance in their personal and professional lives.

She worked in human resources for 30 years and implemented the Medical coaching program in his last company, supporting employees with chronic illnesses.

She is dedicated to helping people improve their quality of life, whether through a health crisis or a life transition.

In addition, she is  a trainer of the MCI Module 1 Training Program for Portuguese coaches and a Caregiver Training Program Trainer.

As a Health and Medical Coaching mentor, she supports students in the program, helping them deepen their skills and expand their professional coaching abilities.
